It is surprising to trainers and athletes during a Power Pull Demonstration what it shows about the conditioning of an athlete. The demo consists of ten 40 yard pulls at ( 0 ) resistance setting on the machine. The rest period is to walk the distance you pull and back, then make the next pull. After 3 or 4 pulls the athlete is exhausted. This is the effect of constance resistance. The Power Pull will show conditioning to a precise number of sprints on the machine.
An example of using the Power Pull: one college athlete worked out with a high school that uses the Power Pull religiously. The first day they ran forty 50 yard dashes and the athlete had no problems. The next day the coach made them run six 60 yard pulls at ( 0 ) setting. The college athlete only made 2 of the pulls and was exhausted. The high school athletes, that had been working on the machine had no problems doing all the pulls. This shows who was the most conditioned. We see hundreds of cases like this. Female athletes as well as male athletes are using the Power Pull with great success.
The Power Pull is a patented resistance machine. It is not a dead weight sled or tire. Building muscle memory, power, and extreme endurance with a single workout program just makes good sense.
